W is for Water. WATER: Its Numerous Uses And Benefits

Water is the most common substance on earth.  The living things on earth depends greatly on it’s for its survival.  It is estimated that 70% of earth surface is covered with water.  Yes, water is everywhere, it fills the oceans, rivers lakes and in the ground and even in the air we breathe.


The dictionary meaning says:  A transparent, odorless, tasteless liquid, a compound of hydrogen and oxygen, H 2  O, freezing at 32°F or 0°C and boiling at 212°F or 100°C, that in a more or less impure state constitutes rain, oceans, lakes, rivers, etc.: it contains 11.188 percent hydrogen and 88.812 percent oxygen, by weight.  A special form or variety of this liquid, as rain.




In fact without water there can be no life, every living thing—plants animals and human beings need water to live.  Our body is about two thirds of water.  A chicken is about three fourths water and a pineapple contains four-fifths water and a watermelon contains 93% water.

In the creation story of the Bible we read about this, in fact ever since the world began water has been shaping the earth; battles are fought on this issue, even today many places relentless fighting is continuing in sharing the water resources.  Through out history this has been people’s slave and master.


Great civilizations began on the shores of water buds. 
Today we use water in our daily use for drinking, cooking, bathing washing and for irrigation etc we use it in plenty in factories and for creating electricity.


In this post I would like to point out yet another importance of this substance in our daily use:
For example, take the case of the country Japan, the people of Japan drink water immediately after waking up in the morning even before brushing their teeth.
Scientific researches proved it great value in our daily use.  The following report from Japan says that, it has been proved 100% success in treating the following diseases:

Arthritis,
Bronchitis asthma,
Body ache,
Cancer,
Constipation,
Diabetes,
Diarrhea,
Ear, nose, throat diseases,
Eye diseases,
Epilepsy,
Excess fatness,
Gastritis,
Head ache,
Kidney and urine ailments,

Method of Treatment
1.  As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4x 160ml glasses of water.
2.  Brush and clean your mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
3.  After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal
4.  After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5.  Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses a day.
6.  The above method of treatment will cure disease of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days (Duration) of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
High Blood Pressure (10 days)
Gastric (10 days)
Diabetes (30 days)
Constipation (10 days)
Cancer (180 days)
T B (90 days)
Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week on-wards daily.

WARNING/CAUTION:
Though this treatment method has no side effects it is advised to have your doctor’s opinion before entering in this method of treatment.

Anyways it is better to continue this method of water treatment for a healthy life.

 IT IS SO NICE TO DRINK COLD WATER AFTER A DELICIOUS MEAL, HOWEVER NOTICE THAT THE COLD WATER WILL HARDEN THE OILY STUFF THAT YOU HAVE JUST CONSUMED, IT WILL SLOW DOWN THE DIGESTION. THE SLUDGE REACTS TO THE ACID, IT WILL BREAK DOWN AND BE ABSORBED BY THE INTESTINE FASTER THAN THE SOLID FOOD.  IT WILL LINE THE INTESTINE AND VERY SOON, THIS WILL TURN INTO FATS AND LEAD TO CANCER. 

SO IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO DRINK HOT SOUP, WARM WATER OR HOT TEA AFTER A MEAL ESPECIALLY THE ONE WHO EATS FATTY FOODS LIKE BIRIYANI AND OTHER MEAT PRODUCTS.
