Following is a WhatsApp message I received on my phone today.  Whoever penned this it is indeed brought out some of the bare truths the Indian taxpayers are facing.  It is interesting to note that the letter is addressed to the Prime Minister of India, who is trying his level best to look into the well-being of the ordinary citizens of India.  His many activities are indeed notable and praiseworthy.   Let us hope that the P-M will look into these factors mentioned in this letter.  Why do Indians resist paying taxes? is the title given to it. No doubt this is a thought-provoking one each Indian should make note of. Especially the rulers of our country to seriously look into it to extend a helping hand to the poor tax payers of India.

I have taken a break to spend some quality time with my family over this season. Now, it is time to get back into action again. After taking a break, it often takes some time to ‘get back into things’. There is often a backlog and you need to catch up on many things. You need to get re-organized and it’s easy to get overwhelmed. This is the time to remain calm and just start working strategically to get back into the rhythm of things.
It might be easier said than done, yet it’s a simple strategy. It starts with creating routines and developing habits.
We have said our good-bye’s to 2016 and we are into 2017. This year is no different. Along with the challenges of just getting everything done, many of us would like to see a change in our lives. We want to do things differently. We want to grow; we want to achieve new heights. Many people are talking about their new goals.
